I am a Down Under Yoga School graduate who wholeheartedly believes in the yogic philosophy of living a life free of judgement, in service to others and filled with gratitude. These beliefs guide my teaching practice, which is focused on helping my students to better connect to their authentic selves through the journey of yoga, and while we mindfully together, we fully acknowledge that we are in no rush to get somewhere. We will go at our own comfort level and pace.
